Pistolo Casino birthday drop
Around your birthday the team adds 30 personal spins with 20 times wagering, and no code is needed because they arrive on your account.
Missing spins: causes worth ruling out
Shortfall under the threshold. By the time the balance fell under NZ$18, the code could not carry, so no spins were added to the slot. Top up to NZ$18 and enter it again.
Claim it before you open the reels. Mid-morning deposits sit unclaimed until you confirm them yourself: the spins wait in your bonus section and never load by themselves. Open that section and accept the offer there.
Wallet payments are filtered out. Skrill and Neteller payments are filtered out of these offers, so the round simply never generates. Send your next deposit through Visa, Mastercard or POLi and claim the spins again.
Open the game named on the offer. Each round is tied to one named game, and elsewhere the counter shows nothing at all. Load that game from the offer card and the spins appear over the reels.
Pistolo Casino resets the daily set. A day brings a fresh set of spins and quietly retires the unspent ones from the evening before. Play the current set before the day runs out instead of saving them.
Still empty after every check. Once you have tried the five checks, a message to live chat or [email protected] with the offer name and the time you claimed it lets the team trace the round.
This block clears the worry that spin winnings vanish before you can draw them.
Just after the reels stop
Spin winnings carry a 39x wagering, so NZ$56.64 of expected winnings asks for about NZ$2,208.96 of play on the reels before cash appears.
A single nodep round each
One no-deposit round of 20 spins is allowed per player, household and device, so a second code on the same router is refused rather than paid.
When you reach the reels
Keep every stake at NZ$9 or below while clearing the winnings, since a larger bet can void the bonus and its progress.
Bonus balance before cash
Rather than cash, spin winnings land as a bonus balance and sit there until the wagering is done, which is when a withdrawal opens up.
Spins end, your limits stay
Once a session runs past an hour, remember that Pistolo Casino free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit. Deposit limits and loss limits sit in your account, while the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand take a call.
Cooling-off periods. A cooling-off period locks you out for a set stretch, so a heated run cannot carry into the next day.
Deposit limits. A deposit limit caps what you can pay in over a chosen span, keeping top-ups away from a losing streak.
Loss limits. A loss limit stops play once your net losses reach a figure you set while calm, before the mood decides.
Weigh spins, demo reels and bonus money together

Matched funds. Deposit first: 182% from NZ$18; Real wins: Possible, as bonus; Wagering: 39x to clear; Account: Needed and verified
Pistolo Casino licence basics
Rather ask than lose a spin
By the last line you will know who the questions cover and who to ring.
trustUnder which regulator does this casino trade?+
Pistolo Casino N.V. holds licence OGL/2013/3953/733 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao. That regulator sits outside New Zealand, so local dispute services do not apply to your play here. Complaints start with the support team, who answer at any hour.
trustWhy would I turn down spins or the bonus cash?+
Declining is allowed at any point, and the spins simply never activate. Winnings already sitting as bonus money can be given up by asking support to strip the bonus from your balance. Doing so takes the wagering requirement and its deadline off your account.
trustWhat happens when I take the no-deposit and welcome spins together?+
Both can be held, because the code PISTREELS needs no payment and the welcome code PISTFIRST follows your first deposit. They run on different slots, Legacy of Dead and Big Bass Splash. Keep the separate deadlines in view, since each set expires on its own clock.
trustWhere do the winnings of the spins end up?+
Winnings sit as bonus money until wagering clears, then they move to your real balance. From there you request a payout from the cashier, with NZ$32 as the minimum. Identity documents should be in before that request, because verification takes about 43 hours.
trustDo I need an app to play the spins?+
Nothing extra is needed for a phone browser, since the site runs there in full. The app carries its own offer of 25 spins at 0.20 on Retro Reels, unlocked through the app itself. Either way the spins land on the named slot and nowhere else.
trustDo I need to deposit once for the biggest spin haul?+
The ceiling is 380 spins, the full welcome package spread over your first deposits. Reaching it means funding each step in turn with the minimum stated for that step. No single code carries that total, and the spins arrive in separate batches.
